Gravel Coaching

WHY – Riding gravel is more challenging than spinning your legs on a smooth tarmac like on road bike. So, it is fundamental to develop correct skills and riding techniques for more enjoyable and safer gravel rides.

WHO – Those who want to explore the world of gravel riding by developing new skills and technical abilities.

KEY POINTS – To have a better understanding on how to relax and stay loose, how to shift body weight and cadence when riding over challenging terrains, and to expect the unexpected.  This is not a gravel training in terms of endurance training, but it’s mainly based on skills and understanding.

From a young age, Neua has always been on a bike. He started his riding career in Australia, racing various states downhill series for a few years before moving on to the National Series. He then moved to Canada where he developed further as a rider, experiencing the Canadian Open and Crankworx events. After a year in Canada, Neua moved to Spain and Germany where he raced in many European Series, as well as the Enduro World Series. In 2018, his racing brought him back to Asia where he finished the season ranking 3rd in the Asian Enduro Series.  In the following year, he became a qualified MIAS MTB Leader while winning the 3rd place at the opening round of the 2019 Asian Enduro Series in Nepal.  With his strong mountain bike background, Neua started on a gravel bike in 2020.  For this reason, he is looking forward to share his experiences on a gravel bike with everyone and ensure a safe and fun ride!
